The room was beautifully decorated, but the mattress was a bit too firm for me.

During my stay, I loved the spacious, clean rooms, with some even featuring stunning sea views. Teresa and Paul made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality, and the breakfast was a true delight, especially the full English that was cooked to perfection. Couples looking for a lovely getaway
The hosts Paul & Teresa, they're just incredible! They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and tailored my breakfast perfectly to my dietary needs, fresh fruit and yogurt just hit the spot!
The price was a bit high but worth it for the experience, to be honest.

The hosts, Teresa and Paul, created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home during our stay.
The towels in our room were nearing the end of their useful life and could benefit from being replaced.

prime beachfront spot with easy access to attractions
my stay was enhanced by the wonderful hosts who made me feel welcome and served an amazing breakfast with fresh options. The guest house is just a few steps from the beach and a short walk to the beautiful Sparrow's Nest & Gardens where I enjoyed a lovely afternoon stroll. however, I did notice the mattress could use a little more comfort for my taste.

I was just about to rave about this lovely guest house, but then I noticed the thick layer of clutter upstairs that definitely needed addressing. the towels were old and sad, definitely not the luxury I expected. I woudl have appreciated a complimentary upgrade for my 'special' stay. Too bad I just couldn’t recommend it.

Staff provided warm hospitality throughout our stay.
We experienced a lot of clutter in the common areas, and while it didn't directly disturb our stay, it could use some tidying up. The absence of a shower chair made it particularly challenging for us, given our mobility issues. It was disappointing to feel limited by the facilities during our time there.

The breakfast was a standout with fresh fruit salad and delicious full English! We loved the comfy twin room with sea views. Just a bit tricky climbing the steep stairs to our room. 😅

Had a fantastic stay with friends, exploring Pleasurewood Hills, enjoying the rides and shows. The sea view from our room was amazing and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. Teresa and Paul made us feel at home, offering great hospitality throughout our stay.
The steep stairs to our room were a bit challenging, especially after a long day out. Just keep that in mind if you're not comfortable with climbing.

The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the flavorful hand-pulled noodles, enhancing the overall culinary experience. the absence of a shower chair was problematic due to mobility issues, limiting access to facilities. some towels were beginning to show wear, which detracted from the otherwise comfortable stay. Clutter in common areas was noticeable, though it didn't significantly impact the visit.
